The U.K’s fastest growing and award nominated 24/7 ADDICTION RECOVERY PROGRAM
Mean&Clean was founded in November 2023 by Marcus Pereira.
Only three days in to his own recovery from cocaine, crack and crystal meth. Marcus had an idea that would ultimately change the way addicts seek and access help to kick-start their own journeys to recovery.
Through the power of sharing his own experiences on social media, Marcus has encouraged hundreds of thousands of people worldwide to Break The Cycle of addiction
Marcus officially created the MEAN&CLEAN program in January 2024 which has currently helped over 1000 people start their own journeys to a healthier drug and alcohol free life.
Through his own self research, Marcus found a way for recovering addicts to implement daily routine, structure and discipline through the means of goal setting, exercise, nutrition, daily accountability and a supportive community of recovering addicts.
Mean&Clean offeres an around the clock contact support system in order to help prevent relapse. No matter the day or time, there will be someone at the other end of the phone ready to help you.
The Mean&Clean program takes a non 12-step approach and focuses around moving forward, not backward. With the primary focus being around daily structure, good nutrition, exercise, daily accountability and goal setting. With daily mentor contact and WhatsApp community support.
Each plan is tailored to your needs and is easily accessible via the Mean&Clean App.

After a break up with my ex girlfriend I wasn’t in a good place physically and mentally and took it upon myself to get clean and sober as I was absolutely devastated at the person I was and it was the biggest wake up call I needed to want to change , it took me some time to do so as for a month after I was devastated to lose her and was using/drinking 3/4x a week and not becoming a nice person and losing not just that but family/friends and everything I had some form of existence with.
I reached out to mean and clean and the job this group and programme has done for me speak volumes and I’m proud to be in this position now. I’m 120 days in and the changes have been amazing. I've found me again , I’m rebuilding friendships and relationships with people and I’m grateful for everything and been giving a second crack at the whip with some, although I haven’t got everything back the position I’m in with people and I’m myself is chalk and cheese to where I am now to before.
Work/health has been escalating to great heights and it’s a blessing putting the work in working on myself and overcoming challenges others didn’t think I would 5 months down here’s to the next month now let’s go!

Joining Mean and Clean has been a truly life-changing experience for me. It not only shifted my mindset but also transformed the way I approach challenges in life. I was initially hesitant to join—I struggled to admit I had a problem, convincing myself it wasn’t serious because it 'wasn't every weekend.' But through the program, I came to terms with the reality of my addiction.
Marcus has been instrumental in my journey. He’s not just a mentor and coach—he’s become a trusted friend I can turn to whenever I need support. He treats my sobriety with the same level of seriousness and commitment as he does his own. His direct, no-nonsense approach might not be for everyone, but it’s exactly what I needed.
Mean and Clean has given me the tools, support, and mindset to stay strong and move forward.
Keep it mean. Keep it clean. 💪🏻🐺

I was stuck in a world of addiction for many years relapsing and repeating the same cycles using cocaine on the daily.
After attempting to get clean on various different occasions on the 9th of December last year I signed up with mean and clean and never looked back.
I’ve grown in ways I’d never imagined the thought of a relapse know is frightening. Each day just keeps on giving.
If your reading this a struggling with addiction please speak there is a way out 🙏 thanks Jay 😎
